Editorial Structure and Governance

Trivent Publishing maintains a clearly defined editorial structure to ensure the academic quality and integrity of its publications. Editorial responsibilities are shared between the publisher, the editorial team, series editors, and external peer reviewers.

PUBLISHER AND EDITORIAL OVERSIGHT

The Publisher and the Director are responsible for the overall editorial direction of the publishing house and ensure that all publications meet established academic and ethical standards. The editorial team manages the day-to-day editorial workflow, including the evaluation of proposals, coordination of peer review, and communication with authors and editors.

SERIES EDITORS

Each book series is overseen by one or more series editors, who are established scholars in their respective fields. Series editors evaluate proposals submitted to their series, advise on the academic development of projects, recommend peer reviewers, and support editorial decision-making. Series editors are affiliated with recognised academic institutions and play a key role in maintaining the scholarly quality of the publications.

You can find the list of our series editors HERE.

ADVISORY BOARD

Trivent Publishing is supported by a small international advisory board composed of scholars from a range of institutions and disciplines. The board provides strategic guidance, supports the development of the publishing programme, and contributes to maintaining academic standards.

PEER REVIEW AND DECISION-MAKING

All scholarly publications are subject to a formal peer review process, typically involving at least two independent reviewers. Final editorial decisions are made by the publisher in consultation with the series editor and based on the recommendations of peer reviewers.

More information on the peer review process can be found HERE.
